Aleniz Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Aleniz, we are committed to ensuring your purchases arrive at your doorstep swiftly and securely. We have detailed our shipping procedures below to provide you with complete transparency and a seamless shopping experience from start to finish.
1. Shipping Destinations
Currently, Aleniz provides shipping services exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not process or fulfill international orders at this time.
2. Complimentary Standard Shipping
We believe in clear, honest pricing with no surprises at checkout. That is why we proudly offer 100% Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered anywhere within the United States. There are absolutely no hidden handling fees and no minimum order quantities required.
3. Order Processing & Deadlines

Daily Cut-Off Time: Our daily order processing deadline is 3:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST). If your order is successfully placed before this time, we will begin processing it on that exact same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM MST will begin processing on the following business day.
- Warehouse Processing: Once received, our fulfillment team requires 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday) to carefully inspect, pack, and dispatch your items. Please note that order processing does not occur on weekends or major public holidays.
4. Transit & Total Delivery Timeframes

Carrier Transit Time: After your package leaves our facility and is handed over to the shipping carrier, it will typically spend 4 to 7 business days in transit.

Total Estimated Delivery: From the moment you finalize your checkout to the moment the package arrives at your home, the total delivery window is generally 5 to 10 business days.
Note: While we strive to meet these estimates consistently, delivery timelines may occasionally fluctuate due to severe weather events, extreme holiday shipping volumes, or unexpected carrier delays.
5. Order Tracking
As soon as your package is dispatched, we will send an automated shipping confirmation email containing your personal tracking number. You can use this link to follow your shipment’s progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier’s online portal to update with the initial tracking data.
6. Address Accuracy & Rerouting
Ensuring a successful delivery requires accurate information. Please verify that your shipping address is 100% correct during checkout. If you realize you have made a typo, you must contact us immediately before our daily 3:00 PM MST cut-off. Once a package has been dispatched, it cannot be rerouted. Aleniz cannot assume financial responsibility for lost shipments or delivery delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
7. Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking status updates to "Delivered" but the package is nowhere to be found, please check your porch, surrounding property, and with your immediate neighbors. If the package is still missing, you must contact our support team within 3 days of the marked delivery date. We will step in to initiate a formal investigation with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
