1. Where does Aleniz ship?
At this time, Aleniz proudly ships exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping options.
2. How much does shipping cost?
We believe in straightforward pricing, which is why we offer 100% Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered across the United States. There are no surprise fees at checkout.
3. How long does it take to process my order?
Once your purchase is confirmed, our warehouse team takes 1 to 3 business days to carefully prepare and pack your order. Please note that we do not process shipments on weekends or major public holidays.
4. What is the standard transit time?
After your package is handed over to our shipping carriers, transit generally takes between 4 to 7 business days, depending on your exact location within the US.
5. What is the total estimated delivery time?
From the moment you finalize checkout to the moment your package arrives, the total estimated delivery window is 5 to 10 business days.
6. Do you have a daily order cut-off time?
Yes. Our processing cut-off is 3:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST). Orders placed after this time will automatically begin processing on the next available business day.
7. Will I receive a tracking number?
Absolutely! As soon as your order leaves our facility, we will send an automated shipping confirmation email that includes a live tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier’s system to update your tracking progress.
8. Are delivery delays possible?
While we aim for perfect punctuality, unexpected delays can sometimes occur due to severe weather events, peak holiday shipping volumes, or unforeseen carrier disruptions.
9. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
We highly recommend double-checking your details during checkout. An incorrect address can result in lost packages or significant delays. If you spot a typo, please contact us immediately before the 3:00 PM MST cut-off time on the day you ordered.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
10. What is your return window?
We provide a hassle-free 30-day return window. This timeframe begins on the exact date your package is marked as delivered.
11. What makes an item eligible for a return?
To be approved for a refund, the returned item must be:
- Completely unused, unwashed, and in its original pristine condition.
- Securely repacked in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by all original factory tags and accessories.
- Supported by a valid proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email).
12. Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes. We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, use, or damage after delivery. We also decline returns missing original packaging or tags, and any requests submitted after the 30-day window.
13. How do I start the return process?
Initiating a return is simple:

2. Wait for our support staff to approve the request and provide your instructions.
3. Pack the item securely in its original box.
4. Attach the provided prepaid return shipping label and drop it off with the designated carrier.

Never! All approved return requests include a complimentary prepaid shipping label.
15. Is there a restocking fee?
No. We do not charge any hidden restocking or handling fees for authorized returns.
16. Do you offer direct exchanges?
To ensure strict inventory accuracy, we do not process direct item-for-item exchanges. If you need a different style or color, simply return your original item for a full refund and place a brand-new order on our website.
17. When will I get my refund?
Once your return arrives at our warehouse and is inspected, we process refunds within 7 business days. The funds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method.
18. What if my decor arrives damaged or defective?

Yes, you may cancel your order as long as you notify us before 3:00 PM MST on the exact same day the order was placed. Once an order enters the shipping pipeline, it can no longer be canceled.
