5. Step-by-Step Return Process

2. Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and reply with an official approval, instructions, and a prepaid shipping label.
3. Pack Securely: Place the eligible item back into its original packaging.
4. Ship: Attach the prepaid label to the outside of your package and drop it off with the specified carrier.

6. Exchanges

To maintain strict inventory accuracy, Aleniz does not offer direct item-for-item exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, the quickest way to get it is to return your original item for a refund and place a brand-new order on our website.

7. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your return package reaches our warehouse, our team will carefully inspect the item.

  • Timeline: We process approved refunds within 7 business days of receiving your return.
  • Payment Reversal:  Your funds will be routed directly back to the original credit card or payment method used during checkout.
  • You will receive an automated email confirmation as soon as we issue the refund.
